Beam Service and Support Subscription
An annual Beam Service and Support Subscription fee is required for all new Beam purchases. This service includes:
- Connectivity to our dedicated and secure Beam network
- Access to globally positioned Beam relays
- Updates to Beam OS and Beam App software
- Remote support from our Customer Success Department
- Unlimited number of user licenses
As an exception, all Beam Standard devices purchased on or before July 1st, 2016 are exempt; therefore, no annual subscription fee is required for use of Suitable Technologies resources.
