Customize Beam Invitation Message

The Beam invitation message can be customized at the organization level. This option is currently only available via the Enterprise Beam Admin Tool.

You must be an administrator to customize the invitation message sent via email to new users.

  1. Log into Your Account.
  2. You will be redirected to the Enterprise Beam Admin Dashboard.
  3. Select the Organization tab from the main menu.
  4. Under Organization & User Management, locate Default Invite Message.
  5. Enter your desired invitation message.
  6. Be sure to Save Settings.
  7. Users will receive the applied message in their invitation.
    - Note: "Include the default invitation" message must be selected in the Invite New Users form to include the set message.
