Shut Down or Restart Beam Remotely

You must be the primary administrator or device manager to perform the following task.

  1. Log into Your Account.
  2. You will be redirected to the Consumer Beam Admin Home.
  3. Select Manage below the device image you'd like to shut down or restart.
    - Note: Ensure the device is Available. Remote access is unavailable while a Beam is Offline.
  4. After your selection has been made, click Advanced.
  5. Select the Settings tab.
  6. Click Restart... or Shut down... based on your needs.
  7. Choose when you would like to action to be carried out:
          - Immediately: The action will take place immediately. In-call sessions will be disconnected.
          - When Idle: The action will take place after 15 minutes of inactivity.
  8. Click Continue to proceed or Cancel to quit.
